JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
To develop an amicable risk assessment for the injury Accident Prevention, this assessment enforce on site on the compliance of various permits and job methods like PTW, Hot Work, Entry and Excavation Permits etc.
HSE Procedure
Installation and maintain of firefighting pump house
Installation and maintain of firewater hydrants and cabinets.
Installation and maintain of Foam line and foam tank, Foam dosing pump Etc.
Installation and maintain deluge valve and sprinklers.
Safety Budget preparation
Monthly Fire System inspection
Provide the safety induction to visitor and employees.
Monthly HSE progress report.
Daily toolbox talk.
Daily Safetywalk at site.
To arranged monthly safety committee meeting.
To maintain the Safety Statistic Board on the basis of total working man-hours of an individual and without any major injury.
To conduct a fire load assessment at site on the basis of various flammable material on site with references to their Material Safety data sheet. On the basis this fire load assessment various fixed and portable fire fighting system has been introduced at site.
To evaluate and review the corporate accident/incident reporting forms and procedure and to provide recommendations for modifications and evaluate and review the accident/incident investigation procedure.
To participate in serious accidents an incidents investigation acts as a independent and unbiased investigator, contribute to recommendations and conclusion.
Factors procedure violation, severity of incident and environmental factors etc. An incident/accident log of all incidents and accidents is a vital part of this responsibility covering almost a brief history of all incident/accident.
To train operation staff and all the contractors on site regarding the safe system of work procedure compliance and effects of different hazards chemical on site. The basic need of training is to produce awareness so that 100% compliance of safety to be implements.
To conduct and monitor the Safety Induction session for new employees on site including various Tool Box talks Pre Task Talks, Safety Bulletins, Safety News papers so that this could be an effective means to prevent incident/accident on site.
To maintain the Material Safety Data Sheet of all the hazardous chemicals on site and as per drastic changes in Technology make it to well-versed for all. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES:
