Roles & Responsibilities

Ensuring that all agreed safety standards and applicable safety regulations are complied with.

monitoring and maintaining project contractor's compliance with project requirements, local safety regulations and the contractor's own safety & health plan

Will advice and assist Project and Construction Management in the formulation, implementation and management of major project safety plans.

Assist the HSE Manager in developing Safety Performance Indicators and Targets and helps communicate findings to staff and assist in implementation of the mitigation strategies.

Near miss investigations, reporting, Trend analysis & Trainings

Ensures that the project safety plan provides a coordinated plan for the overall project which complies with the prevailing safety requirements at each location.
