Accounts Assistant Job Responsibilities :-

• Experienced in sales invoice and posting all purchase invoices after verifying the same.

• Maintaining cash & bank receipt and cash & bank payment.

• Issuing Debit & Credit Note & passing journal voucher

• Follow up with customers for payments and reminder letters.

• Reimbursement of sales executive tour expenses and others claims

• Checking and approving of all incoming and outgoing stock (sales invoice, purchase invoice

• and stock transfer request).

• Expertise in sales analysis reports.

• Experience of petty cash vouchers, petty cash payment & preparing journal vouchers.

• Assisting in the preparation of Annual Financial Statements

• Data Entry & Accept payments

Cashier Job Responsibilities:-

• Handle cash, credit, or check transactions with customers

• Issue change, receipts, refunds, or tickets

• Redeem stamps and coupons

• Process sales transactions

• Calculate the cost of products or services

• Calculate and return change when required by the payment method

• Maintain adequate change denominations in the cash drawer and request additional change

• Answer customer questions about products or services

• Reconcile cash drawers and sales receipts

• Report issues with equipment

• Work as a team to meet store sales goals

• Handle customer complains

• Process layaways, returns and exchanges

• Maintain clean and tidy checkout area

• Assist in stocking and rotating merchandise

• Scan and bag items accurately and efficiently

• Stay up to date on merchandise promotions, advertisements and product information
