I managed and taught at a Film School with over one hundred adult students and thirty college age for 4 years. I hired and trained 20 new teachers for the school. Most recently, I was the Key Health and Safety PA for 3 major Television shows (Including Marvel). I managed, trained, and scheduled, 35 people between the 3 shows for two years. I’m looking to inspire a new team.

Sweet Magnolia’s Season 3

Health and Safety Senior 2022 – 2023

• Managed a team of 8 set monitors. It was my job to make sure the set monitors were having the crew follow the rules but in a positive non-confrontational manner. I also had the honor of mitigating any conflicts between the monitors and crew.

• Received another leadership award for not having any shut downs for the entire season of shooting.

• Created a safe, peaceful, fun atmosphere on set so everyone feels comfortable doing their jobs. Marvel Studios Echo Season 1

Key Health and Safety PA 2022 (4 months)

• Managed a team of 10 set monitors. I trained a newly hired team of set monitors. Our goal was to build relationships with the crew and create an environment with kindness and encouragement.

• Taught my team to reduce tension with positivity. I was hired to fix the mistakes of the previous team and put together a new team that could motivate the crew through encouragement and kindness.

• Managed a team of 15 set monitors. Coached and trained them on COVID standards and practices. Mediated any disputes between monitors and crew.

• Received Leadership Award from FX Executives for shooting 11 months without shutting down. Bulletproof

Team Manager Sales 2018 - 2020

Promoted from Team Lead to Manager. Trained and oversaw a team of brand ambassador salesmen. Traveled to various big box stores, trained their employees and motivated my BA salesmen with new techniques to increase their sales.

Won an award for creating the best customer experience. I taught and implemented a technique where the BA’s connected with the costumers focusing on kindness and friendship rather than just the product. Scheduled 12 BA’s and oversaw 10 stores.

Personal Security for Emmy Award Winning Actor GregAlan Williams 2015 – 2018

• I accompanied GregAlan Williams everyday to every production set he worked on. I would make sure he made it safely to his trailer. I would scan the area for possible threats and make sure GregAlan felt safe and had what he needed. I would also escort him home or to his hotel when he was wrapped.

• I would keep him on schedule and make sure people didn’t take too much of his time.

• I was also stationed at his home when he was off to keep an eye on his property.

• As his fame grew I also had to make sure people didn’t take up too much of his time taking pictures and talking with him. He enjoyed talking to fans but I had to make sure they respected his personal time when he wasn’t working.

Actor’s BreakThrough Film School

• Taught on-camera acting, audition mastery, and improv. Wrote 30 short films for their production company.

• Managed and scheduled 130 acting clients. Sought to create a fun and peaceful environment where Actor’s could feel safe to be in character and in the moment.
