• Provided support to VZW engineering staff, out in the field, as well as RF and SP (sys-

tem performance) groups, to facilitate in isolated cell and network outages, required up-

grades and/or regional system wide network directives.

• Successfully supervised and tracked progress on multiple market-wide upgrades of cell-

site hardware and software changes during the on-going transformation from Verizon’s Series 1 & 2 CDMA equipment, 1X and 2G/3G EVDO data through to 4G/LTE implemen- tation.

• Used multiple application tools to support my job function: Xng, Siterra, Serv-one, E- Health, SAM/WPS. Familiar with using spectrum analyzers, bitt error test sets, IFR radio test sets

• and Oscilloscopes .
