Prepare TRID closing documents for multi-state loan products. Create closing documents 7/5/3 days prior to closing date. Verify data accuracy to ensure quality document delivery with title agents. Wire funds in a timely manner, order/audit VOE, perform compliance check on TRID closing disclosure.

•Review and balance HUD-1 closing disclosure with agents prior to releasing documents. Ensure conditions and guidelines have been met, prior to funding the loan.
