Duties and responsibilities
Verifying and documenting all the information related to fuel consumption, parking tickets, mileage visa vi fuel consumed.
Transportation of consignments from one destination to another as instructed by my immediate supervisor.
Transportation of staff members from one destination to another as they carry out field activities.
Timely submissions of reports for consideration and approval by my supervisors.
Follow up with suppliers and Stores office to ensure that goods are delivered/ services are provided as per the specifications and Terms of Reference
Managing incoming and outgoing mails to enhance accountability and easy tracking of official correspondences,
Receiving and dispatching VIP from the Airport to their respective hotels/ destinations as planned.
Participate in the development of the guide lines that fleet use in their day to day activities.
Providing support in the recruitment process of the new drivers in the organization with high levels of integrity and confidentiality through conducting oral/practical interviews and supervision of online interviews.
Coaching and mentoring of fellow fleet assistants.
Assist in organizing meetings and negotiation meetings with service providers.

Participate in looking for Quotations in regards to purchase of different items as the team may instruct.
