• Conduct and analyze deep learning/machine learning model bias. Review results and findings with data science, business, and clinical teams for develop plan of action. Plan for continues testing and research and development to ensure models are up to most recent standards, findings, and best practices.

• Support standardization of analytics across the enterprise (10+ business teams) by consulting with business and technical teams as well as governance boards to document agreed upon definitions and logic for each business team’s use cases. This includes both the support of the enterprise level analytics standard layer as well as special use cases from business teams.

• Develop technical skills for big data platforms, database management systems, data architecture, and programming.

• Direct and lead meetings and discussions across all business teams and all management levels to ensure a clear and concise understanding of business needs, technical capabilities, and allow for address of known or potential data quality or integrity gaps.
