This role encompassed operational, HR, and cultural leadership. I facilitated skip-levels, co-led culture conversations, built onboarding and leadership development programs for all-staff. Set and led Bushel brand standards. Heavily involved in rebrand from Myriad to Bushel, which included a repositioning of products and led the creation of our first brand book. Led a V2 refresh of the Bushel website, an overhaul of the Sales deck, and helped build a comprehensive marketing campaign. I learned how to build and manage a team as a player-coach. I learned to ask great questions, facilitate conversation and workshops, and manage my own projects and budgets.
