Work Experience
Warehouse Shipping Supervisor
OZARK AUTOMOTIVE - Atlanta, GA
October 2021 to Present
I started at this Regional DC as a supervisor in charge of over 60 men. I have to keep record of GAP times
- that’s how we monitor each individual production speed. I am in charge of directing routes based on volume and assigning individuals to complete the work at a certain time. I complete audits for hazmats, parcel corrections, PPH - pieces per hour, and KPI - key performance indicators. I am Involved in all daily financial records and coordinations within the operation of other departments of the DC in order to achieve and surpass our goal as a whole. This job requires having to be on your feet at all times and become aware of how you could prevent things before occurring and contain certain situations. This is a Great job and has helped me grow in multiple computer/online programs, such as excel, ozark, and my customer service. I have multiple reviews in regards as my numbers in decreasing hours of labor vs production. Ie I save the company money.
Production Supervisor
UPS - Morrow, GA
October 2020 to October 2021
I started off at UPS as a sorter in the production line. I quickly moved up due to my fast pace and quick ability to learn the process. I was in charge of creating excel scheduling for all employees in my department. Also, I would have to coordinate several groups of 4-5 people in order to complete the shipment for that day. This would include sorting out individuals to a position that would benefit the structure and flow of that shift as well as understanding the fact that the production line was soul and heart of the facilities outlook to the rest of the business. I always bonused and hit the distribution centers goals.
Supervisor
Truett's grill - Morrow, GA
January 2017 to February 2019
As supervisor, I was in charge of leading the shift and making sure that the product was of standards. In addition, I was in charge of maintaining the equipment. My duties were not limited to only in the front of the restaurant, but behind the scenes as well. This would include product management, reassuring the store was being maintained to latest health department regulations, and reassuring that the kitchen staff was never over or understaffed- abiding by store hours and payroll. Finally, I was responsible of the crew completing their side work and task by a certain time of closing. ALL while providing chick fila’s world renown customer service.
