-Working cross-functionally within the organization (within a compliant manner) to uncover Health-Care providers that could qualify as a KOL.
-Utilizing relationships with current KOL’s to uncover other potential/upcoming KOL’s.

-The efforts in KOL identification resulted in a considerable expansion of Influencers identified on a National Level.

Team Lead on Compliance Initiative. I led the team in clarifying the changes and making suggestion to be reviewed by legal. A key win that I championed, was getting approval for the MSL’s to check in with KOL’s quarterly. I presented these changes at a National Meeting.
Mentored several MSL’s on Technology and clinical data. One MSL that I mentored was having difficulty with the transition of new technology into his duties as an MSL. After going through a series of weekly calls, I was able to help him feel more comfortable with this transition and greatly reduce his anxiety.
Took initiative to change processes that would improve efficiency for our external and internal customers. I created a mock proposal for our ISS process. The materials were reviewed and approved by Legal. The result of this initiative was that I was able to create a document that decreased the frustration of our internal and external (KOLs) customers, greatly improving the efficiency of this process.
Initiated and fully developed a workshop to help other MSLs create measureable goals that would help them to become more successful in their role (ASMART Objectives). This workshop helped MSLs develop concise goals on their development plan and simplify the process in a way that it was more user-friendly. My presentation/training was rolled out across different therapeutic areas at GSK.
