I am a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology specialized in the family and business organizational behavior and development. The Interamerican Journal of Psychology published my PhD dissertation in April 2016 in 2009. I have academic publications in scientific journals, book chapters and two academic books. Currently, I have been managing and developing my own USA registered trademarks, Family Organizational Psychology® and Family Organizational Science®. My experience includes college and school teaching, curriculum revision, crisis intervention, book and scientific articles authorship, editing, recruiting, organizational development, HR administration, human capital scientific assessment, data analysis, training, intern supervision, scientific research, business creation and development, public and private funding proposal creations and sales.
