I oversaw the management of 4 specific business units for Westside Equipment. These included fleet and equipment procurement/reallocation, the rental of equipment, and managing the service shop.

Successfully improved Westside Equipment’s profit by increasing the overall profit margin to 19%, effectively turning around a previously negative-profit company.
