Responsible for the implementation of projects for CDW team where the requests are coming from TTS and the implementation includes the integration with Mantas and E2E AML. Supporting all projects for Latam.

Scrum Master/ Project Manager- Consultant @ Royal Caribbean (Miramar, FL) 2/2019 - 3/2020

Responsible for the integration of the shared services systems for Royal Caribbean and Silversea. Managing a $100 million and over 30 team members. program to integrate the Financials systems, Supply chain, Payroll and Human Resources. In addition, managing the integration of all the operation systems such as Fidelio, Crunch time, MXP, Cashbooks, and others into the JD Enterprise systems. Working closing with the product teams and using Agile methodology using Jira and confluence as key product tools. Coached the JDE product team, business and accounting team on Scrum, agile and Kanban. Worked on data governance project.

Implemented Oracle EPM cloud solution to replace the current ESSBASE. Worked with IT and finance team to implement the business process transformation, program and change management for capital planning division. Senior Technology Project Manager – Com Resource, Inc (Deerfield Bach, FL) 6/2016 – 12/2018

Responsible for multiple concurrent SAN/Storage hardware/data centers and application software projects with multiple large Hitachi Data Systems clients. Consolidated 23 data centers for a global insurance company into 2 data centers, and migrated a number of their applications into a private cloud environment, improving the service level to 99% and reducing the cost by over 10 million dollars. Implement application development software such as MS Dynamics and integrating it to the banking card application where I was responsible for managing the infrastructure team, application and database team.

Also responsible for the implementations of the portfolio of Financial institutions (BB&T, BBVA, TD Bank, SunTrust, & Bank of Montreal). Those implementations included full tech refresh of SAP HANA, upgrade of the infrastructure, or data migrations.

Overall project manager for the successful implementation of electronic card system and Eclipse CRM COPS Mexico and Salesforce, and Scrum Master for Advanced Loan System-Mexico. •Defining the scope of the project which was to implement customer relationship management as part of a transformation of back-end system and integrate it with digital portals such as interactive voice response, ATM, and mobile and e-commerce technology. This project had a budget of 5 million dollars and it was to implement a standalone customer relations management system as a phase 1 and 2. I managed an off-shore team of 10 developers and a local team in Mexico of 10 business analyst and testers. The implementation was successful one and as part of the continuous improvement, it was merged with the electronic card system and a portal called eclipse. Worked with the sales and marketing and campaign management teams during the implementation of the project. Led the functional and technical workshop to document the functional requirement as well as the technical and infrastructure requirements, and presented to the C level team. Created the project plans and integrated with the release management plan. Additional, ran the sprint calls and submitted daily the sprint progress report.

•Defining the scope of the advance loan systems and the integration to their collection modules and their bank banking systems and integrate it with digital portals such as interactive voice response, ATM, and mobile and e-commerce technology. Planned the Sprint backlog with the Global and local development leads. Executed the daily scrum calls and updated the status of the delivery. Ensured roadblocks reported in the scrum call are acted upon, and escalated those that are on critical path for better traction and closure. Updated and reported the sprint progress to all key stake holders. Ensured sprints are adequately resourced with dedicated team members. Participated in the technical discussions and solution, and guided the team to ensure the solution was accurate for Mexico. Facilitated the team to support the environment build for the sprint execution. One of the key roles was scrum master. Automated process for credit initiation using Robotics process automation (RPA).

•From product management, implemented Fidelity Advance loan system and Customer relationship management solution for transformation and digitalization. In addition, worked on the roadmap to integrate the new products with the legacy systems both from architecture and application solution.

• Managed a global team of 50+ developers from our offshore facility and over 20 developers in our near shore facility; managed a $400-million-dollar budget for labor. Managed our global infrastructure team and 50 million-dollar budget.

Use management mentoring to the team to ensure all team members understood the business value and implementation cost. Was the point of contact for all internal and external communication? The outcome of this project was that it was a successful project as it allowed the bank shut down about 10 legacy systems and replace it with this application. The application composed of loan application, collections, automated clearing house, customer system, credit initiation, and reporting. Implemented the strategy of the big data at Banamex to replace the current data warehouse.

• Supported the operations and financial processes employing Six Sigma methodology to drive service level agreements to 99.3% for on time delivery. Responsibilities included process improvements for operations and financial (compliance, validate project savings, managing transportation expense budget, variance analysis, forecasts, and cost benefit analysis).

•Oversee the daily activities performed by inventory control and materials management team members.
