This role gave me lots of experience in communicating professionally with clients, especially with many clients being demanding with deadlines, specific requests and expecting a high level of professionalism. This role also helped me learn how to work efficiently in a team, as I often had team discussions based on article plans and ideas, along with being involved in important company meetings.
