Assist the Sales manager when needed for a T.O. for the Sales Manager. included submitting loan applications to various banks for approval; go over all the loan documents with the customer and try to sell other products like extended warranties, accessories, etc. I was also in charge of 5 sales, people in the Internet Department.

From March 2012 to present, I compete in the World Long Drive completions throughout the United States. I have hosted four long drive competitions here in Omaha. I played an active role in finding sponsors, the planning of the event, hiring staff, and attending to the professional hitters.

Self-Employed Realtor (NP Dodge designated broker) - Duties include prospecting daily for new leads, cold calling, following up on existing leads, following up with lender, title and buyers on current pending files, marketing to past clients and farm areas, open houses, listing homes, and selling homes. This role requires a lot of self-discipline. I can efficiently work from my home office or at the broker office when necessary. Cultivating new leads is key to sales and following up with active leads gets the deal closed.
