August 2020 – Present: Research and Development Solutions Inc. (REDs)

Senior Programme Officer

Manages REDs’ programme portfolio, ensuring contractual activities are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Coordinate team members to conduct detailed field research, assessments, and feasibility studies from the Inception Phase to implementation for REDs research, and evaluation portfolio

February 2016 – June 2020: Ministry of Justice, Alternative Dispute Resolution program

Develop case collection and outreach strategies for the ADR program.

Coordinated case information and data gathering in Bong County.

Assist ADR Technical staff in the discharge of duties in pilot site 2

Train community groups and various access to justice actors/stakeholders in using ADR materials/tools for information gathering and awareness raising at the community level.

August 2015 – January 2016: Ministry of Justice the Republic of Liberia (CHILD JUSTICE)

Assistant Program Officer.

Provided support in all child justice activities, particularly the implementation of the Diversion program

Supported capacity building of staff, social workers, diversion participants, and peer educators.

Supported the diversion coordinator in preparing work plans, workshop updates, and project donor reports.

Facilitated the rehabilitation of juveniles in the diversion program by liaising with partners, schools, governmental institutions, and other relative stakeholders to help create tailor-made programs for each child.

Provided technical and administrative assistance in the roll-out of the diversion guidelines and expansion of the division program in different counties.

Provided logistical support for the implementation of project activities

Visited various prisons and collaborated with the Bureau of Corrections to help strengthen the division program.

July 2007 – June 2015: Liberia Refugee Repatriation and Resettlement Commission (LRRRC)

January 2012 – February 2014: Liberia Refugee Repatriation and Resettlement Commission (LRRRC)

Head of Mission – The Liberian ECOWAS Passport vetting Mission Durable solution: --Local integration of Liberia refugees in the sub-region.

Coordinated the planning between UNHCR-LIBERIA and government institutions (Bureau of Immigration and Naturalization, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, LRRRC).

Supervised the Passport Team in various West -African countries.

oNigeria: September 18-21, 2012; Guinea April 22-May 24, 2013; Senegal: November 15-17, 2012 Sierra Leone July 17-august 12,2013; Guinea Bissau November 19-20, 2012 Mali: September 3-6, 2013; Gambia: November 22- December 3; Cote D’Ivoire September 23-November 8.

This process resulted in over 25,000 former Liberian refugees receiving passports to locally reside in their countries of asylum.

Coordinated with UNHCR in countries of asylum Coordinated the administrative aspects of the mission between UNHCR and government agencies in the countries of asylum.

Conducted verification interviews with beneficiaries to cross-check data and personal information.

They were assessed and identified vulnerability of statelessness.
