As a Sr. Product Manager in this role, I was responsible for launching new asset types starting from the pilot phase to scaling it globally. We were responsible.

I was responsible for defining the product features, work with cross functional teams (product, engineering, pricing, marketing, fleet, legal, etc.) to get the program off the ground, develop and execute the scaling strategy, and manage the product roadmap. I made key strategic decisions and get buy-in from senior leadership across transportation. I have successfully implemented approximately $45 million dollars in transportation savings to date with these projects expected to save by year end over $65 million dollars.

Managing all warehouse activities in a 1.2 million square foot facility regarding inbound and outbound operations; inclusive and responsible for all KPI metrics and goals.

Managed and completed 12 new facilities builds, from concept to completion, ranging from 125,000 square feet to 850,000 square feet Medical Products Distribution Centers, totaling over $250M as capital events.

Designed and managed the installation of Programmable Logic Controller systems for facilities in Cardinal Warehouse Network (over 66 facilities). This enhanced our network to meet business continuity needs preventing possible outages of our cold chain systems and temperature monitoring within our buildings.

Developed national facilities management program for 41 Facilities.

Revised online training and preventable maintenance criteria to make sure equipment was serviced properly.

Mentored facility site contacts and maintenance POC’s

Evaluated and revamped temperature monitoring systems that included designing redundant systems.
