1. CAREER LONGTERM GOAL

To promote the legal and constitutional rights of citizens in Kenya and developing countries through advocacy and representation for good governance, anti-corruption and the protection of women, children and the marginalized.

In pursuit of that goal, I need to translate my acquired legal education and knowledge into solid grasp of best legal and protection skills and practices in well-established legal or protection organizations that offer attractive opportunities for professional growth and advancement. 2. MOTIVATION STATEMENT

An ambitious legal persona with the desire and enthusiasm in attaining set targets and willing to traverse all carders of my profession. I believe I can and do aspire to be greater than the sum total of my experiences, but I accept my limitations.

Throughout my academic, legal education, internship and pupillage experiences, I have been driven by values such as Equality, Integrity, Justice and Excellence. I am also a firm believer against corruption. 3. EDUCATION AND CAREER PROFILE

I am an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with a valid Practicing Certificate. I am a graduate of the University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, with Second Class Honors in Bachelor of Laws (LLB). I am fortunate to have lived and gone to school in 3 East African countries (Kenya for primary and lower secondary, Uganda for upper secondary & High School and Tanzania for undergraduate degree. I have also visited Rwanda and Burundi). I therefore regard myself as a young East African woman by tribe, born and nurtured in 3 cultures.

Having studied in three East African countries, I take pride in the fact that the experience shaped me, gave me strength and set me up towards taking advantage of the future in a new and improved way. The challenges I faced in my daily endeavors at the learning institutions made me believe that it doesn’t take much to make each day better and that all that is required is the necessary intent and clarity of thought. I have learnt to believe that when faced with the unknown, its either there will be something solid for me to stand on, or that I will be taught to fly and I don’t give a chance to failure or regret. I have also learnt to accept responsibility for the results I get in life which goes a long way towards me taking back the power to change my future outcome.
