• With a tight budget, executed a maintenance and restoration plan for the establishment’s infrastructure. The plan renovated all educational classes & offices furniture and technical equipment in 3 years. Also, helped to add extra 4 classes which accommodated about 150 new students.

• Decreased customer dissatisfaction by conducting regular surveys to determine the causes of low student enrollment in the winter and implemented countermeasures, which resulted in 65% student retention.

• All managing plans and educational programs contributed to the escalating number of students from 2015 (16915 students), 2016 (18600 students), 2017 (22739 students), to 2018 (28227 students). ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
