Essential Duties:

• Perform hands-on solution design, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, enhancements, and new capabilities as required in support of current and new marketing and technology projects within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.

• Participates in the ongoing development of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud application at EdPlus using Journey Builder, Interaction Studio, Automation Studio, Einstein.

I got recognized for this.

• I took ownership and worked on Omni channel implementation for the short code sms routing.
