Valve Assembly Supervisor- Assist Manager with supervising production employees. Help with organizing analyzer production runs. Collaborate in inspecting parts and assemblies according to specifications. Make sure that all production employees are always on task. Plans, organizes, and directs production activities to meet or exceed established production goals in a cost-effective manner. Performs all in process and final quality assurance inspections. Assist in the development and implementation of programs to improve the safety, productivity, and profitability of the operation. Ensures that employees have the required safety training and are consistently working in a safe manner. Ensures that operational supplies are always on hand and available. Identifies and troubleshoots equipment problems. May help write test procedures. Often work indoors, some workplaces may not have air conditioning. Perform PSV testing utilizing certified test equipment and complete all QA / QC documentation as required by the VR program (if skilled).Gathering the required parts/equipment required for the work order, then organize those parts at a workstation and then perform the dis-assembly/assembly per the work order instructions, customer specifications as well as corporate dis-assembly/assembly and safety requirements.

AOV Valve Assembly Tech Level I- Perform disassembly and assembly of new control valves. Safely disassemble valves and parts including various types of valves. Safely disassemble actuators and parts including various types of actuators. Evaluate parts and maintain material awareness. Safely and accurately perform some machining processes. Safely assemble control valves from repair order instructions, customer test-report/specification sheets, and OEM IOM manuals; this includes performing all calibration of all positioners and or controllers
