JOB DESCRIPTION :

Working at Metro Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd Safari store Department of Repair & maintenance.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Opex work Planning:

Planninig of OPEX work with Team by using proactive approach keeping in view the allocated budget limit in minimizing any equipment breakdown to ensure smooth store operations and share with DM.

Planning of store energy conservation.

Planning of smartly usage of lighting and HVAC.

Energy data recording and communicating to DM and tenants readings recording with PROPCO representative on 20 th

of each

month.

Share the monthly and annual maintenance plans with DM.

Day to day operation:

Daily store complains handling and in time rectification and acknowledgement taken on MRF form.

Coordination with vendors for keeping the store operation smooth.

Responsible to monitor the activities of Associate.

Keep an eye on critical equipment.

Provide support to fix daily complains about CCTV, fire system, Cash till issues, store lighting & fans.

Special projects:

Facilitate vendors to ensure the completion of any special project of capex smoothly with proper coordination with line Managers, Security and all other active stack holders during the FY-18.

Keeping record & monitoring of all materials receivings as per PO.

Ensure the quality of material and work quality as well.

Keep the line manager updated about daily progress.

After completion of work all the necessary documentation should be handed over to line manager & keep in records as well.

Self development and staff training:

Train other staff members about utility operation.

Ensure attending training sessions from HR .

Interpersonal skills.

R&M SOP refresher.

Lead and maintain the discipline of respective team in terms of attendance, hygiene factor, leave management.

Vendor activities supervision and invoice processing:

All on going R&M works carried out through vendor must be fully supervised and reported to line manager about current status.

After completion of work follow up with vendor for job completion reports.

Daily visit of technical rooms and signing the checklists and if any reports is missing/wrongly reported inform DM.
