TIER III SUPPORT for Micro Focus ALM Suite, DHA (Defense Health Agency)

Currently, I provide Tier III support to SDD/Technology Support Branch (TSB) – Solution Delivery Division (SDD), which offers the highest level of technical skills to the organization. My duties mostly involved resolving customer issues that may result in a design change, enhancement, or bug fix that requires a software or hardware update to the Micro Focus ALM products. Supported MF Products consist of: Solution Business Manager (SBM), Dimensions RM (requirements management tool), Dimensions CM (configuration management), PVCS Version Manager, and ALM Quality Center (testing).

Activities consisted of, but not limited to, the following tasks.

·Provide Dimensions RM New User’s Training

·On-board the development community by implementing Dimensions CM based on given requirements

·Provide Implementation Plans for all upgrades/installs of Micro Focus (MF) productions.

·Configure the products in all 3 environments, Demo Train, Prod-Test, and Production – Go Live
