Initially I was assigned as a Heavy Equipment Operator for the LWS Landfill for the first 6 months.

I was appointed interim LF Manager which included overseeing the daily operation to include running daily revenue reports.

Landfill Cell Development assisted in the test plot process to help with the obtaining the final approval to proceed with the Landfill expansion.

Special Projects for the Regional Sales VP which involved contacting municipalities in the states of California, Texas, and Florida which operate under exclusives. the goal was to determine their expiration dates. The goal was two-fold understand the potential revenue and qualify LWS as a potential provider when the time is right.

Special Projects this was a detailed market study to determine the potential gain in market share in a 50-mile radius of our hdqrs. I visited all landfills in the area to determine load counts to include touring the area looking for major account prospects.

Once I could focus on sales side of servicing our existing account base and secure new business, I was able to increase sales through securing PI's and new business by over 200%.

Adding Value one customer at a time utilizing Service Systems for existing customers and new customers. During my tenure I was able to increase sales through the industrial line of business installing state of the art compactor systems. These compactors were heavy duty high compaction therefore reducing the number of loads at the same time increasing the profit for each service interval. This program gave us the ability to secure and update existing, most importantly add new customers.
