My primary area of interest is performance of Career Guidance and Counseling of Students in high learning institution in Rwanda and Regional at large. Recent my work includes mostly students career awareness, Career guidance and Counseling creation and managing institutional Alumni, improve students soft skills, students orientation.

2018-2021 Employee IPRC Kigali as Students welfare officer. improve students wellbeing by getting all necessary requirement for students to have better life at the campus, bursary application and distribution, improve students ethical values, conflicts reduction among the students which leads to harmony. 2012-2017 Employee at IPRC Kigali Integrated Polytechnic Regional Center in Registrars office as Admission and Registration Officer.
the work performed includes formulating students application, receiving the applicants and put their data in data base, selection the best applicant based on criteria set, admission process
,enrolment and Registration all these are among the duties performed in this office. 2007-2012Feb: Employee in Inyange Industries as “Sales and Inventory Controller” department of finance and responsible for all industry sales and Inventory management. improve on sales turnover and reduce the customers complaints by serious handling the customers cases with care and treat them well.

2006: Conducted Transition Development Indicator (TDI) survey in Nyamagabe District in Southern Province, This was survey in World Vision. 2006: Carried out research study on topic entitled “Impact of Alternative Work Arrangement on Employees’ Performance in EWAS”.
2001-2005: worked in National examination council. 2002-2004: Member of student leadership and held various responsibilities like student representative in the house and faculty level.
