My Name is Ryan “Tricia” Gracey. I am a 43 years old, seeking work in the airline industry, which I have been fascinated with since childhood. Born and raised in Seattle, WA, I am seeking a new and diverse career, as well as an opportunity to relocate to a new city, have new experience, and discover new people, places and myself.
Having been in business ownership for almost 25 years, I have a self-invested approach to work, including safety,problem-solving, customer service and satisfaction, quality and efficiency.
Being self-employed has given me a very diverse set of skills, from team building to equipment operation and repair, CAD Design, Compliance Management and Reporting, quality control for critical processes ( We were a Boeing Vendor), and financial management.
My Core values in my approach to work are open communication, a culture of safety above all else, punctuality and the essentiality of making sure each team member enjoys what they do.
I have a livelong love of aviation, and have been working on getting a Private Pilot Licence, and I am looking for a long term career that will support this, while allowing travel, and the ability to work with people.
My hobbies and interest include hiking and kayaking in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, horses, Radio Control Model Airplanes, and fashion.
