Dear Hiring Manager,

I have worked with Anthony Johnson for two years. He joined us as assistant food manager for

our social enterprise, The One Stop Café. He brought many cooking skills and delicious food to

our program. Anthony not only cooked but also taught individuals that were enrolled in our FAST program. Our FAST program, Food And Service Training program, was a 12 to 14 week training program where enrolled individuals would learn cooking skills and pass Serve Safe. Most of the individuals he taught faced multiple barriers. Anthony was an excellent teacher and very patient

with each individual.

Additionally, Anthony could handle peak periods in the kitchen while also remaining calm and produced excellent food. When he saw an opportunity to introduce a new dish or try something different it was thoughtful and successful.

I highly recommend Anthony Johnson for your company. He is kind, hardworking, and committed to his work.

Sincerely,

Erika Uebel, MS, Director
