Served as the Logistics and Administration Manager coordinating disaster management and completing monthly updates to multiple echelons of leadership encompassing five states: TX, LA, AR, OK, and NM.

Managed various control accounts of munitions support to special operations forces throughout 23 Special Operations Facility camps within Afghanistan. Responsible for forecasting, reconciling, and managing 22 customers ammunitions accounts valued over $119M.

* Implemented an audit of an ammunition storage site where seven violations were found. Immediately applied a plan that alleviated all violations of 31 tons of ammunition.

* Developed and initiated a munitions reporting system that provided the ability to accurately forecast shortage of ammunition for higher command.

* Mitigates risks and issues by creating a training program that significantly reduced all ammunition violations of 22 customers.

Logistics Training Department Fort Lee, VA (U.S. Army) May 2012- May 2015

Instructor / Writer

Served as an Instructor / Writer in the Logistics Training Department for the 92A Division. Responsible for providing instructions on a variety of modules for the Army’s Enterprise Resource Planning system, GCSS-Army. GCSS-Army consists of warehousing, vehicle maintenance, and subsistence instructions to Basic Entry level Soldiers in the Automated Logistical Specialist Course (92A1O).

* Updated course material slide presentations and software database training files administered and graded examinations for over 30 students every month. Prepared and led fleet management training for over 1000 students covering a three-year period, resulting in 99% graduation rate.

* Maintained and supported large laptop inventory valued at $62K in support of Soldiers completing Army supply chain management training to learn their military occupational specialty.

* Selected among thousands of peers as an Instructor/Writer that was able to instruct Logistic classes to entry level service members. This cradle to the grave training covered a little short of nine weeks. During this training fleet management, Army supply systems, and warehousing, to include instruction on packing and shipping of product.
