Primary responsibilities included: laying out, assembling, fabricating, maintaining and repairing piping systems used for the delivery of natural gas; reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications; and use of various industrial cutting and power tools and high pressure equipment to install new gas mains and services as well as to locate and repair gas leaks. Certified as a Class A Pipefitter. Trained and taught these job-related skills to apprentices.
