Responsibilities:

Audit inbound shipments from Purolator and bulk returns.

Receive, unpack, verify and inspect all incoming inventory shipments.

Position and store inventory items and support material within premises.

Maintain and provide accurate inventory documentation and updates, within the time frame and format specified by the company.

Supervise storage of materials and separate stock-piles from frequently used materials.

Prepare monthly stock reports.

Assist with inventory procedures for record keeping and inventory control.

Participate in periodic inventory audits.

Coordinate freight handling and management (loading /unloading, stuffing/unstuffing)

Ensuring the certification of all operational equipment including lifting gears and equipment operators.

Responsible for weekly operational reports.

Supervise the safe storage, maintenance, and handling of tubular and large materials within the base, in accordance with company rules, API Standards, and manufacturer’s instructions and guidelines.

Participate fully in technical and commercial project initiating, proposal assessment, contract, bid nomination, evaluation and award/monitoring and supervision of projects.

Ensuring that permit to work, job hazard analysis and EIA issued to contractors are in compliance with company’s HSE standards
