Preparation of daily Site inspection plan report to Manager, Main con & QPS.

Before rebar’s inspection check approved drawing & arranged inspection time.

Supervision of Rebar works such as (Columns, Skin wall, internal wall, Platform slabs, Non load bearing walls, Opening slabs, Staircases, Sum pits, etc. ) .

Missing starter rebar arrange the drilling depth check, clean the holes after planting rebar with (REO 502 use) & pull out test ( calibration certificate ) check with RTO.

Check to ensure that the ( Rebars size, space,shear links ) rebars are lapped with the cast-in post installed starter bar / connected to the cast in couplers to ensure that they are properly screwed or locked. Openings area need to proper check because extra trimmer bars have. Wall connection area (T, L) need to check the approved drawing.

After rebar’s inspection done formworks supervisor arranged for closing & if formworks close done (PE issue COS & RTO) inspection check.

Check the cleanliness of formwork, support, concrete cover ( Formworks & bar chair design by PE ) and must be cleaning the ( rush,oil,grease,paint,mud or any other )

Check the Concrete casting works for (design mix, batching plant, car travelling time, slump test, mould check. Ensure concrete is compacted using vibrator shall be thoroughly worked into all parts of the formworks between around the rebars.

After casting refer to method statement by QP (temperature, curing compound, and appropriate times to dismantle the formworks.)

This project is under LTA so take care more for workers safety.
