OBJECTIVE

I’m first most a hard worker with copious amounts of experience working and interacting with vastly different cultures. I am optimistic to share not only my own experience, but also those of people who have crossed my path. I learned about an opening within your company through multiple friends who are associates within the company. I’m very determined to put my skills to use. First most, this position will allow me to utilize my experience gained as a: student, civilian, and a resilient worker. As a former employee of a collection law firm and sales associate in the cell phone industry I have acquired invaluable skills. Customer service and dialect was essential on a daily basis while working for the law firm. No one person or client is that same so it was crucial for me to bridge the gaps and barriers to find common ground. This I believe helped me be successful and one of the best at my job. My station consisted of a computer and phone, so I am very computer and technologically literate. Higher learning has also assisted me in profound ways from communication classes to ethnic study classes. I have also done manual labor my entire life and am accustomed to physical strenuous demanding labor. Cultural barriers do exist and are everyday encounters, therefore acknowledging it and studying it allows for better business relations. I am also a firm believer that no problem is too small, nor too big to resolve with the right support group.
