Experience within the hospitality industry has provided me with transferable skills in customer service, sales, management and operations. My skillset has grown and evolved with each position I’ve held within different industries and countries. While in Australia, I was ranked #1 in sales within our office, state (New South Wales) and country (AU), recognized as a yearly top performer and one of four selected sales reps in country for new product trials in Melbourne, Victoria, AU.
My experience within the Start-Up/SMB sector required meticulous organization, versatility and the ability to multitask while managing several positions and responsibilities within the IT industry including directly working under both the CEO and VP/CRO. Predominantly through phone, email and webinar correspondence, I closely worked with C-level execs and IT engineers and was responsible for ensuring that cybersecurity needs were understood and met while adhering to international compliance requirements, among other responsibilities, outlined below.
