Audit of Conventional, Non-QM, FHA, VA, and USDA Loans.
Reviews automated selection reports daily as applicable for each company queue.
Selects loans targeted for review per selection reports and denotes selection of each loan inside of Encompass on the designated PFQC screen.
Review new files within 24 hours of receipt/assignment.
Review a minimum number of 3.5 files per day.
Audit each loan in accordance with the company designated scope of review and assign an initial PFQC corresponding risk rating to the file in accordance with the company’s approved rating system.

Review and respond to any repurchase/indemnification demand for applicable loans sampled by PFQC; provide detailed feedback regarding defects cited by third party and offer possible remediation for deficiency.
