Perform daily site inspections and prepare daily and monthly inspection reports of the main findings at the site and appropriate control measure which are to be implemented.

Review and complete Permit to work (PTW) for certain high-risk activities such as excavation, work at height, electrical work.

Conduct TBT daily with workers to enforce their awareness on safe working procedures.

Ensure construction vehicles are maintained and inspected on daily basis.

Carry out daily Inspection before duty start and at the end of every shift.

Ensure all equipment have third party inspection and certification.

Ensure conformity and compliance to legal requirements of UAE on safety related issues.

Assess environmental aspect, impact and ensure proper control measures.

Ensure compliance, environmental management in accordance to ISO 14001.

Recommend measures to help protect workers from potentially hazardous work methods, processes or materials.

Investigate incidents/accidents/near miss to identify root causes and to determine how such incidents/accidents might be prevented in the future.

Inspect and evaluate workplace environments, equipment, and practices, in order to ensure compliance with Contractors HSE plan (standards) government regulations and guideline Investigating accidents, incidents, near misses, fire to find out the root or immediate cause and recommend corrective action.

Conducting monthly safety fire drill and tool box talks (TBT) to increase awareness.

Rectify the spotted errors immediately to prevent any unwanted incident.
