Eastport Ltd is the largest manufacturing unit of Portwest UC of Ireland, the Europe’s best- selling Workwear & PPE brand (https://portwest.com). Eastport is a factory with 2000 running machines and a total workforce of 2700. Total operation of Eastport was under my supervision and it has gained the reputation of being the best managed factory in Comilla EPZ. Managed the factory with KPI driven performances and waste reduction and optimizing the usage of raw material through required guidance and training.
