● Reactive calls to maintenance related issues, use parts inventory, take equipment back to shop if necessary, repairing any breakdowns, ensuring production is not interrupted. Cleaning, checking and covering the maint checkpoints on standard preventative maintenance, greasing grease fittings, replacing broken or missing teeth belts, reconnecting chainlinks masterlink if chains are broken. Verifying fully operational utility of machine components are all functional. And communicate with workers managing to get lines ready while others keep theirs in production. cClear jams, and reset errors with Hudson equipments and power cycle after a reset wasn’t the answer. Use Hi-Lo to take complete orders to wrapper, Move completed pallets after wrapped at the aisle they are selected to belong in. Answer any other questions problems and collaborate with shift team leader to asses what order of priority our setups should go.
