considered to be the futuristic functionality for the mHealth CHM
program.
The mHealth solution providing their members the opportunity to receive
care and consult face to face with a licensed healthcare professional
anytime, anywhere, via the mHealth Virtual Care (VC) telemedicine
channel product offering, members are able to improve the timeliness
and convenience of accessing care, thus reducing the risk associated with
delaying or ignoring it.
Responsibilities Program Manager
• Managing Program and directing the allocation of personnel
and material resources to RHM Projects, their budgeting,
estimates, controlling and Deliveries of the development and
support involved
• Review of Analysis, Designing/Architecting E2E flows for the
system requirement for the Verizon as well as their Enterprise
customers
• Executed, controlled and monitored projects; assigned or reassigned
tasks to team; monitored the work progress; ensured
timely delivery; conducted status meetings; updated project
progress to Client Managers, Partners and client stakeholders;
• Vendor Management for Devices and applications and their
flows

• Development of Program milestones, project milestones and
delivery times, including managing and directing successful
migration/deployment in production as well as project delivery
meetings and progress tracking with Agile-Scrum/Sprint
methodologies;
• Working with SDUs to manage End-to-End Program for existing
projects.
• Involved in Vendor, Contract management and Change
management functions for the Verizon and their end clients.
• Developing management reports & dashboards to report
weekly status to senior management for Verizon and TechM.
• Owning End to End responsibility of Managing Program,
highlight possible risks, budget and resource overrun if any
and executing and their implementation of above projects
deliverables.
• The program addressing to implement continual, measurable
software process improvement. They are Defect Prevention
Technology, GAP analysis, Change Management, and Process
Change Management and documentation, checklist & Quality
Gates
• Managing account farming and hunting for RHM and their
application portfolio’s and capability building for Tech
Mahindra.
• Working with Sales & Marketing to help them to create
proposals on growth on existing and new accounts.
