Ensuring the countrywide offer letter signing authority of Home Loans & Personal Loans. Review the credit approval files with perfect control, in case of any discrepancies highlighted the same to CCAD/ SALES for necessary correction and issue the offer Letters.

Ensuring that Auto Loans dealer’s payment Banker Cheques are timely handed over CCAD department. Responsible to check & verify all drawdown Entries of auto loan and Personal Loans files before disbursement on CBS 8.5v live environment coordinate with BT for any CAMS issue related issues.

To ensure that all pre & post disbursement activities are done in line with set policies and procedures in Assets products(Home Loan, Auto Loan, Personal Loan). To ensure that all archival records are in perfect reconciliation at all times with effective registration of inbound and outbound movements. Signing Authority for NOC, Lien removal Letters, Redemption letters for all assets products and issuance of duplicate NOCs against customer’s request, letter for various reasons like issuance of duplicate registration book & issuance of duplicate Number.

Managing the dealing with all departments of Consumer Banking, Commercial Banking, SBP Audit, and Internal & External Audit by providing them the required files & records (Pan Pakistan).

Managing “Operational” activities pertaining to the portfolio and prepare the processes flows in compliance with the SBP regulations, Operational manuals as well as Product Programs.
