Duties and responsibilities
Reconciling customer’s accounts daily and communicate findings with them. Reconciling Debit Order checks daily to be signed off by Financial Manager. Submit regular feedback as per required deadlines set by Credit Control manager. Preparing and calculating credit limit increase for customers’ accounts for approval by Financial Manager. Preparing the recon to balance sheet on a weekly basis to be reviewed by Financial Manager. Follow up on payments daily, to ensure payments are made timeously. Sending Debtor’s confirmation to clients for Audit purposes on a Monthly basis. Attending customer’s queries daily through CRM platform. Reviewing customer’s credits to be increased upon approval. Maintain accurate records of communication activity with customers. Compiling overdue reports for distribution to business. Send customer’s invoices and statements on request. Allocation of customer’s funds as per received split. Attending to internal and external calls professionally. Adherence to applicable legislation i.e., NCA etc. Loading funds for clients upon request.
