1)WORKED IN TATA MOTORS LIMITED AS GRADUATE APPERENTICE TRANIEE IN WORLD TRUCK LINE

a)Working on Root causes defects analysis in Heavy vechile chassis along with team, Implementing CAPA for root causes.

b) Involve in VAVE projects as team member and doing analysis by using quality management tools such as 5 why and 2 how.

Learn about Engine moulding making process and check for casting quality defects and give suggestions for improvement.

2)Working in FORCE MOTORS LIMITED AS GRADUTE ENGINEER TRANIEE IN QUALITY CONTROL DEPARTMENT

a)Set manpower for quality inspection on different quality station for BIW body inspection.

b)Set Mig and Tig welding parameters at BIW shop floor and validate it Periodically.

c)Check press part for defects, communicate to press shop for rectification and make documents for the same.

d)Check supplier part as per procedure and evaluate rejection PPM.

e)Involve in Gemba audit along with senior.

f)Take product audit Periodically For welding,press shop and CED coating defeats and documents it and take necessary step regarding this.

g)Given Cost saving suggestions to R & D department.

h)Inspect assembly and sub assembly by CMM machine and validate its reports.

i)Rise Drawing change request it it not practical for production.
