• Ensures policies and procedures are upheld and enforces rules which may involve, but are not limited to, enforcing doubles play when appropriate, ensuring club limits on team warm-up times, resolving court disputes, requesting guest fee payment.

• Club house usage by Flat owners, tenants only.

• Becomes knowledgeable about the entire club’s programs and upcoming events in order that he/she can respond accurately to members and potential members’ questions and concerns both in person and by phone, in courteous and timely manner. Supervises and provides orientation to Clubhouse Attendants.

• Creates the work schedule for Clubhouse Attendants and tracks their hours worked.

• Promotes upcoming club events and programs which may include creating signs to promote the events.

• Assists in preparing for events (e.g. preparing food, etc.)

• Collects and tracks all sources of revenue coming into the clubhouse.

• Provides reports on all sources of revenue coming into the clubhouse.

• Oversees the scheduling of the cleaning staff.

• Tracks sign-up for club events

• Administers and tracks the Ladder and House League programs as required.

• Purchases materials required for day-to-day clubhouse use

• Restocks clubhouse merchandise and takes inventory as required.

• Ensures the correct storage of equipment and supplies

• Ensures the clubhouse, tennis courts and grounds are clean and presentable (includes cleaning Kitchen and bathrooms, emptying garbage cans on the courts and in the clubhouse).
