Reporting to the site manager for all the aspects of Fabrication & installation activities. Responsible for assigning work to Team leader & supervisor Job distribution and manpower planning. Material Checking and inspection with Quality Inspector in warehouse, Detailed study of scope of work, Specification, Equipment Schedule and BOQ (Tender), Preparation of Bill of Quantities and floating the enquiries to the venders, Review and checking of isometrics with General Arrangement drawings; Initiated, Review, Approved and independently verified API plant isometric Drawing’s. Ensuring quality control to include inspection welds, verifying pipe coordinates, and isolation of metal materials caustic to each other to ensure. P&ID’s and Loop identification for erection of all piping fabrication spools and equipment installation like, drain vessel, instrument air package, chemical injection skid, test separator. Developed detailed equipment specifications for pressure vessels, heat exchangers, fired heaters, storage tanks, and utility systems. Performed concept selection, equipment specification, vendor selection and coordination, quality control, testing, installation, commissioning, and start up. Responsible for line checking after hydro test to complete the post punch list prior to sign-off the test packages before signing the completion of piping / mechanical. Monitoring pipeline fabrication, pipe lowering, 3LP Coating, application heat shrink sleeve, preparing for hydro testing, monitors to close ITR, Responsible for closing punch list, Preparing, and monitoring daily and weekly report to the planning engineer. Attending weekly progress meeting with client PDO. Preparing SQ or TQ if any query required during site activity, preparing as built and taking approval from client, Responsible for prepare ITR and taking signature of client construction engineer and verifying with PDO QC. Offering for material inspection to company Quality Inspectors. Handling all piping technical queries and investigating all field pipe work related problems, including the drawing of field sketches when necessary. Job distribution to site foreman and detail instruction to permit holder about activity. Organizing TBT with HSE officers along with permit holder and work crew. Detail study of P&ID, GA Drawing and Isometric drawing before starting of fabrication of piping spools. Joint site visit with site foreman along with client (SAMREF) personal. Responsible for counter checking by Isometric/Piping plan for the spools erected in the correct location, orientation, alignment and plumpness. Detail discussed with scaffolding supervisors before installation of piping spools on site. Offering for NDT test to third party. Responsible for Piping erection operations and pipe support installation in accordance with schedule, Procedures, Specifications, Priorities and Availability of Construction Drawings; Arrange Final Inspection to the client and request for final review of welding and NDT test report which was required. Prepared box up certificate and take final approval from client hydro testing. Arrange Final Inspection to the client and request for final review of welding and NDT test report which was required.
