Job Responsibilities :
1.Recruitment, Selection & Separation :
Preparation of Annual Manpower Plan
Review recruitment requirement
Preparation of JD with the help of Hiring Managers
Provides sourcing guidelines to service provider
Ensure Recruitment as per timelines and smooth on boarding activities
Conducting final round of interview & releasing offer letter
Scheduling induction for new employees
Conducting Exit Interviews, Ensuring smooth exit process with timely F&F
Helping employees to settle their Statutory Dues.
2.Time Office Function & HRIS :
Educating employees on Attendance & Leave Management System
Monitoring of Attendance & Leave Management System
Ensuring timely & error free processing of Payroll
Input to Corporate on PF contribution for Division
Ensuring timely submission of monthly Statutory Compliances (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF)
Ensuring monthly Accumulations (Leave, Gratuity, Bonus etc.) to Finance team
Ensuring monthly / Qtly. TDS inputs to Corporate IT team
Ensuring various MIS reports to leadership team.
3.Learning & Development :
Finalizing training requirements for all employee with functional HOD
Monitoring & ensuring the training for all employees as per Annual Training Plan
Monitor execution of training activities, Co-ordinate with external trainers wherever required
Analyze training feedback and effectiveness
Ensuring assigning E-Learning Modules to all new employees
4.Performance Management System & Annual Merit Increase Process :
Awareness of PMS process to all the Managers & Employees
Facilitates discussion between the Appraisee / Appraiser
Provides inputs to Managers to have engaged discussion
Conducting PMS Calibration meeting with all functional Head for employee’s final rating
Roll out of Merit Increase / Performance Payout / Promotion letters of employees
Ensuring Half Yearly / Yearly review of the goals between the Appraisee / Appraiser
5.Health, Safety & Welfare :
Ensuring Annual Health Check-up of all employees
Conducting First Aid / Fire Safety Training / Mock Drill in factory
Enduring the Safety Induction to all employees
Ensuring monthly Safety Committee meeting
Ensuring to maintain the minimum qty. of fire extinguishers to ensure the Fire Safety
Awareness on Factory related Statutory Compliances to all employees
Ensuring timely distribution of PPE’s to employees
Ensuring timely Updating & renewal of Group Personal Accident / Group Health Insurance Policies
Support to Operations team on OHSAS / EMS Certification and its renewal
6.Industrial & Employee Relation Management :
Liasoning & maintain good Govt. relations and understanding with Govt. authorities, Local Statutory bodies etc.
Responsible to resolve employee queries & grievance on time & effectively
Monitoring and reviewing the incidence & resolution of all disciplinary incidents in order to instruct an environment of positive discipline and harmonious work environment
Ensuring monthly meeting with employee’s representatives
Statutory Compliance – Looking after all the Statutory Compliances related to DISH, Labour Office, Pollution Control Board, Local Bodies etc.
Conducting monthly meeting with all HOD to reward employees reporting, Suggestion Schemes, Employee Birthday celebrations etc.
Ensuring Annual Family Day & Sports Day
7.Contract Labour Management :
Reviews & finalize with functional Head on Contract Manpower Requirements as per business requirement
Review & finalize contract agreements with service providers
Monitoring & ensuring adherence to Contract Labour related Statutory Compliances
Preparing & ensuring timely renewal of service providers Agreements / Annual Maintenance Contract
8.Handling of Various Committee’s Monthly Meetings :
Like Grievance, Safety, Canteen, Kaizen & Suggestions, Sexual Harassment Committees
9.Factory Administration Management :
•Preparation of HR Budget and to monitor the approved Budget throughout the year
•Responsible for employee Welfare & General Administration i.e. Uniform, ID Card, Visiting Card, Desktop / Laptop allocation, Opening of Salary Account etc.
•Employee Transportation & Travel Management, Office Maintenance, Canteen Management
•Security Service Management, House Keeping Management and Gardening Management
•Overseen the support operations of the company and ensure to run day to day operations safely and smoothly.
