Sulfur Recovery Unit Process Outside Operator

Responsibilities included Coordinating and managing all activities required under the plant Operational and Maintenance agreements and equipment warranties. Managed contractor activities and manufacture warranty work, ensuring safety training was up to date on contractors and vendors. Operated and regulated equipment according to readings and DCS system updates or modifications. Work with control room operator to advise of activities in the units and perform minor maintenance on systems and equipment within the unit, including tuning and adjustments. Attended various equipment specific trainings and performed periodic environmental and safety inspection, documentation, and repairs discrepancies. Generated work orders and purchase requisitions.
