KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

- To Handle the Co-Ordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) to inspection and programmer, and vernier, height gauge, micrometer.

- Supervise and guide inspectors, technicians.

- Collection data from In-process and Final inspection’s reaction register and find out the Rejection PPM and Rework PPM.

- Controlling Quality at In-Process and Final Stage of Product.

- Assure the reliability and consistency of quality by checking in process and final output.

- Report all malfunctions to production executives to ensure immediate action

- Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data

- Communicate with external quality assurance officers during on-site inspections

- Responsible for analysis of customer complaints and 8D preparation

- Coordinator for PPAP sample development verification

- Expertise in Root Cause Analysis of internal production line failures OTHER RESPONSIBILITY:

- Slow/Non-moving: Support in clearing the slow/nonmoving material in-house, Supplier end & distribution center.

- Metrology: Measuring instruments are an internal and external calibration in repeated frequency.

- Incoming inspection: Inspection of incoming pilot lots as per Quality Standard.

- Maintain 5s in Quality area
