Operations Management & Multi-Trades (Currently Diver/RIGGING)

Utilized the fundamentals of teamwork, leadership, safety, and quality control; motivated team to perform in stressful conditions and meet deadlines.

Developed and designed a compact and self-efficient Fly Away Dive Locker Specifically designed to be deployed anywhere in the world, lowering the deployable footprint on the aircraft and minimizing the area of operation

(AOR).

As a 3M Coordinator (Maintenance and Material Manager/ Coordinator) and the overall Safety Officer for Naval Special Warfare Group One, responsible for the complete overhaul of the 3M program, supervising and training 4 subordinate commands overseas and in the United States consisting of more than 300 personnel, which led to the result of a Naval Special Warfare inspection of 90.2% and an equipment validation of more than $70M in command assets allowing the SEAL Teams on the West Coast to perform operational task worldwide.

As a Machinery Repairman and US Navy Diver, helped establish project plans, resource coordination, schedule development, and production schedule in adherence for the entirety of the projects or commands that I was assigned.

Expertly performed these duties as both an Engineman, specialized in diesel engine repair (both mechanical and electrical), and as a US Navy Diver (Lead) with an emphasis on team coordination and safety management.

Specific equipment repair experience on Detroit diesel engines, international diesel engines, 6k ton to 20k ton forklifts, hydraulic power supply units, mobile electric power plants and gas turbine engines.

Assisted Alpha Platoon Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC) in the removal and installation of four new 86-ton propellers onboard the USS Nimitz (CVN-68), accruing 4 days of bottom time that saved the US Navy an estimated $10M in dry-docking and contractor fees.
