CURRENT SCOPE OF WORK

• Handle crisis incidents to drive for closure and perform root cause analysis to identify the cause and perform mitigation for prevention.

• Plan and execution of Major and Critical Infrastructure changes and ensure proper planning to avoid unexpected interruptions.

• Lead the Virtualization and Automation initiatives to optimize the service delivery.

• Present the Monthly metrics to the customer and represent Astralinx in the Operational Committee meetings.

• Optimize the availability of IT infrastructure, systems, and services to meet the commitments Astralinx has made to its clients in a cost-effective manner.

• Deliver an Enhanced Recovery Model for resolution of Major Incidents of complexity or long duration.

• Provide integrated management and coordination of Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Availability Management processes

• Assuring that services and components are designed and delivered to meet their availability targets.
