Highlights of my contributions include:

Earning major internal and industry recognition for my role as one of two buyers driving the launch of the first in-store beauty concept, "Beauty's Most Wanted." Generating $1M in cost savings through the transition to sustainable packaging concepts for ADPO SKUs in cooperation with Unilever and being selected to present the concept at a global managers conferences. Developing the first ever fragrance program for the Kirkland Signature brand, filling a gap in the HABA market and laying the foundation for this industry- changing concept.

Partnering with celebrity hair stylist Orlando Pita to launch a hair care line which then went on to be carried at Ulta, and creating a nail polish line with a high- profile manicurist including the first-of-its-kind five-free program.

Here, I led the buying function for the basic apparel and shoes area, inclusive of men's, women's, and children's items such as underwear, bras, cami's, rainwear, base-layer, socks, shirts, scarves, belts, ties, gloves, hats, and shoes. Highlights of my contributions include:

Directing the successful planning, development, testing, and rollout of new Kirkland Signature products, including multimillion-dollar women's wool sock and cashmere wrap products.

Leading the negotiation and implementation of one of the largest shoe buys in company history for Skechers Shape-ups, representing a $40M buy. Introducing a new budgeting process key to meeting and exceeding set budget targets, and creating a much-needed breakout sheet to better manage inventory planning by region.

Championing the use of universal color stickers for clear identification of sizes across all basics and shoes categories.

Being recognized as the youngest buyer in Costco's history, and surpassing expectations by bringing in new names vendors to Costco's floor while producing outstanding savings of 40%+.

Increased sales by 70% YOY, with profit margins doubling what they were previously I introduced 20+ new vendors/products for the Sunbelt locations in this category, creating a crossover to mainland buying.
